Empowering Women to be Beacons of Hope

In South Asian culture, daughters are viewed as costly. In far too many cases, baby girls are killed or abandoned. Orphanages are filled with girls who have been abandoned by their families and are desperate for love and attention. Women, in general, are treated as second-class citizens.  The women of South Asia need to know the truth about their worth and God’s great love for them.

Since 2017 women in an undisclosed region of South Asia (can't disclose for security purposes) have been experiencing God's hope, healing and redemption in their lives through Beauty for Ashes. We have trained women in their mother language to be beacons of hope in their own communities. And the fruit is great! One of the trained ladies shared...

"Beauty for Ashes equipped me to share the Gospel in a simple way. I'm no longer afraid to speak in public. And I am sharing God with other women. At one of our gatherings we cried and were grateful for a space to share our wounds. God healed our pain. And He continues to do this at our gatherings! I want to share God and Beauty for Ashes with all the women in my village!"

When something good is happening word spreads! God has opened a door for a group of women in a different region in South Asia to receive two days of training. But we can't do it alone. We need your help. Your generosity will make a way for women to be empowered to share God's redemption with other women.

The training will cover:

• Transportation for women to come to the training
• Meals during our training
• Supplies for the training
• And two full days packed with empowering tools and resources to equip women to be God's voice in their own villages.
